It’s no secret that Black women are the originator to many of the fashion trends that are seen and worn today. From their hair, nails and even down to the details of their jewelry they have always set the tone for what trends are yet to come. Dating back in time black women have always used their unique styles as a form of art to express themselves. However, while these creatives talent does not go unnoticed by the community it’s unfortunate how often fashion companies on a larger production scale try to recreate their ideas as if they did It first and not credit the designer at all. In may of 2020 the label premired it's Pink Label Congo collection via instagram live in the most innovative way. The runway show featured 3D ghostlike figures modeling the collection.

Farai London
Created by Marry-Ann Msengi and launched in July of 2020 Farai London has taken the internet by storm. Seen on just about everyone the multicolored Gaia dress has become an "it girl" staple of the summer. Since launched the brand has gained huge amounts of recognition and has released a collection for the fall/winter.
